Opening at the end of November, Goodman brings a New York style steakhouse to Maddox Street in the heart of Mayfair.
Maddox Street is the first Goodman to open outside Russia, where it has been championing the perfect steak in Moscow since 2003.
Goodman is all about steaks. In a UK first, the restaurant will have its own on-site dry aging room, where it will hang painstakingly sourced prime cuts of beef to mature for up to 40 days, to produce the most tender, full-flavoured steaks in the capital. Each is then seared to order on the specially imported charcoal-fired grill, done to a turn, exactly as requested.
Whilst succulent steaks are king at Goodman, discerning diners will also delight in dishes such as braised beef cheek with gnocchi and spinach or Label Anglaise chicken with lemon and thyme, prepared with the same level of care.
Named after American jazz legend Benny, the atmosphere at Goodman will hit exactly the right note, the perfect place to enjoy fantastic food in fabulous company.
