London’s most celebrated fine-dining Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club, is launching a brand new restaurant and bar in the City this November. Located in the striking Devonshire Square development, a short walk from Liverpool Street station, Cinnamon Kitchen, with executive chef Vivek Singh at the helm, will serve innovative, modern Indian cuisine inspired by the same ethos as its Westminster counterpart but in a more relaxed and informal setting. Open for breakfast and brunch as well as lunch and dinner, Cinnamon Kitchen will feature the capital’s first Indian grill and tandoor bar, a covered alfresco terrace, a private dining room and capacious bar called Anise.
With the Cinnamon Kitchen serving Vivek’s imaginative new menu of specially crafted dishes, expect creations such as spice crusted and grilled black leg chicken livers; chargrilled duck with sesame and tamarind glaze; Nile perch with crabmeat and kokum crust; and grilled fat chillies with Hyderabadi mince.
Complementing the new restaurant and part of the concept will be Anise, a bar for up to 100 guests, serving spice infused cocktails alongside tasting and sharing plates.
Combining innovative cuisine, an approachable atmosphere and relaxed surroundings,Cinnamon Kitchen really means business.
