Following his success with The Establishment Parsons Green, Steve Kelly of Rising Star Leisure has launched The Establishment Battersea.
Located close to the open spaces of Clapham Common on Battersea Rise, the 3,500 ft site features a large open-plan lounge bar, 45-cover stylish restaurant, and heated alfresco terrace.
Under the helm of head chef, Scott Tillot, formerly of neighbourhood favourite, Chez Bruce, The Establishment Battersea serves modern British seasonal food, using ingredients from the UK’s finest producers and features signature dishes such as the Lamb Wellington with seasonal greens and red wine jus and a 45 day dry-aged Aberdeen Angus from Orkney served with chips and a choice of sauce.
An extensive international wine and champagne list is available, with a broad selection on offer by the glass or carafe, using a state-of-the-art Enomatic preservation system.
The innovative cocktail list, courtesy of in-house mixologist Tim Oakley (Babington House, Sand), sits alongside one of the broadest selection of premium British gins as well as draft and niche bottled beers from renowned regional suppliers.
”The Establishment is all about showcasing the best of British produce, in an approachable, relaxing and friendly neighbourhood setting. This launch builds on the critical and customer acclaim of the Parsons Green original,” said Steve Kelly, Owner of Rising Star Leisure, Ltd.
Designed in-house, The Establishment takes inspiration from a traditional British mountain retreat. The warm, relaxing interior features a mix of comfortable leather and cow hide club chairs, sofas, a huge 5ft wide antler chandelier, decadent Italian crystal lighting and contemporary Tartan wallpaper by renowned international designer, Marcel Wanders.
The Establishment Battersea will trade on weekday evenings, from 4pm – 12pm, and from 11am – 12pm at the weekend.
