The best publicised is Dinner, opening in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel at the end of January. Heston Blumentall presides over what will be a huge success in central London gastronomy (the place is booked solid for the first two months so plan ahead if you want to go).
Gordon Ramsay is still keen on building his empire, opening Bread Street Kitchen in the City, right next door to the recently opened Barbecoa, by Jamie Oliver.
Finally, housewives love muffin Marcus Wareing is to open a large brasserie next month at St Pancras.
